Installation :

- Drag WEPES from first folder to your USB
- In editor go to data management, import, import teams, select all exorts and import without any box checked!
- save and delete everything from usb
- Drag WEPES from second folder to your USB
- import all exports and cross "Apply Player and Squad Data"
- save everything and your done
- you have to import the competition logos yourself and add them, also change the name of the leagues

I recommend the following:

DELETE all images except Competition then do the Live Update in PES main menu and overwrite your edit data.
Use the ALL IN ONE in my Download (drag the folder to WEPES, instructions below)
Then import all team files (15-20 at a time, they have prefixes now)
I think this is the safest, and cleanest way.
If you still have “created players” after that you can delete them ALL.

AIO VERSION MUST BE INSTALLED BEFOR APPLYING THE UPDATE !

PES 2017 PS4 Option File Balkan Liga Patch by Dalmat84 Season 2016/2017

PES 2017 PS4 Option File Balkan Liga Patch by Dalmat84

Create gamers football fans especially Pro Evolution Soccer series or familiarly abbreviated as PES there is good news for you all where Konami as the developer of this popular ball series announced will release Pro Evolution Soccer 2017. The award winning series returns taking the famed gameplay to a new level by achieving interactive reality in both control and new authentic visuals.

PES 2017 is the best football game I've ever played, offline. The online game mode still continues to have the same issues as the previous series, even now there is an increase in various aspects but not as I had hoped. PES 2017’s standout attribute – which harks right back to the glory days of the series – is the sheer soccer feel it offers. Passes go exactly where you aim them, at the speed you specify. Loose balls ping around convincingly: you must work hard to get them under control, and your adrenaline levels are just as likely to be spiked by a scrappy period of penalty-box pinball as by an immaculate volley from a perfectly executed cross.

With FIFA 17 bringing changes in various aspects, the competition will be even more fierce this year. Konami have a chance to take the title this year and indeed they do it in this game. But there's still a lot of homework to do. Of course, compared with the previous series, PES 2017 presents a series of improvements, both in terms of graphics and gameplay.

Option File Info :

Includes latest updates & transfers for Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 game. The Option File isn't only Balkan League but also some european teams & league !

Features :

- Bundesliga (winter transfers corrected),

- Chinese League (updated),

- Liga MX

- Even more (all one club has been corrected and no more false clubs, means Europe, South America and Asia all licensed)

- All national teams are correct (names of players, jerseys, stadiums, managers, etc.) + instead of the classic teams I put the national team of Macedonia and Kosovo.

- Regional Balkan League with 20 clubs, the correct uniforms, toys, and everything else, statistics players the best that I could to make a (real) (Zvezda, Partizan, Radnicki, Vojvodina, Dinamo, Hajduk, Osijek, Rijeka, Osijek, Sarajevo, Zeljeznicar, FK Sloboda Tuzla, Maribor, Olympia, Koper, Maribor, Vardar, Rabotnicki and Future)

- Complete teams with players from transfermarkt.de, most of the team has 3-4 jersey, the names of all stadiums, rivalries and banners supporter groups.

- Fixed the Portuguese League, Porto, Benfica, Sporting Lisbon they are now in the rest of Europe with other teams. Most players from the Portuguese league are now free agents.

Homepage : http://gamers-cyber13.blogspot.com/

Note :

- Recommended to install everything and then the Regional Balkan League. If you will not be space for all jerseys, deletions and managers and stadiums (that's what I did, because there is no point to the still images only) like this will you have all the clubs and state the correct uniforms.

- Pay more attention about the installation Premier League, Championship, La Liga, La Liga 2 Serie A (Juve and Sassuolo) Serie B, Eradivisie, Chilean Champ, Argentine Primera as well as some of the licensed state is not required.

- As for the Regional League, Brazilian League, Mexican, Chinese, Rest of Europe, Rest of America Rest of Asia, as well as tails like Polish, Iceland, Turkey, Bosnia, Mexico, etc., it is important thick box under No. 2 in the installation to to all the players threw.

Then we need a USB Flash, which first must have formed in FAT32.

To configure a USB to FAT32, go to our computer where we have all our hard drives, we find our USB and click the right mouse button. Then select "Configure" and the next window start button. There it will inform us that all files from the USB will be deleted during formatting. So it is good if you have something you want to save it somewhere else first. Step 3: Once the process we exit the EDIT and pass the live update "APPLY LIVE UPDATE" (under edit) finish. Without this it is possible to start several teams with players missing.

Step 4: Then go back to EDIT and turn off all created players. After the erase, go back and spend the roster of pats in the same way we did in the beginning.
